Heritage Insurance Reviews and Ratings
Customer Reviews
“Loved the service from Heritage Insurance! I got a Heritage homeowners policy and have filed one claim after a hurricane hit Florida. They were really quick to respond to our concerns.”
“Very Good Insurance Company! They are very easy to work with. For my queries, they responded quickly and sent out the estimator right on time to look at the roof as soon as contacted.”
“I had a water leak about a month and a half ago, and I’ve written to the adjuster 22 times with no answer, left nine messages, and only spoken to my adjuster three times. I approached the supervisor, who promised to assist in moving things along, but I have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, they said they can take 90 days to respond to a claim.”

Our Thoughts- Agency Height Ratings for Heritage Insurance
⭐️⭐️
Heritage Insurance in 2023- Yay or Nay?
Heritage has affordable, comprehensive coverage with more endorsement possibilities than many house insurance providers we looked at, but its coverage is limited to only five states. Also, despite being in the industry for more than eight years, there is no online estimate tool, and no 24/7 phone customer care either.
So, although Heritage provides home insurance in the southeastern United States, its standard coverage lacks many unique features. Except for a specific endorsement protecting risks to small farms, all standard home insurance coverage is covered, and most other insurance firms offer similar coverage.
Thus, there are not enough points to recommend Heritage Property and Casualty because of its poor customer service reputation. Furthermore, Heritage does not have the same third-party ratings as other national carriers from well-known agencies because it is a regional carrier. There are presently no customer satisfaction rankings or ratings with J.D. Power, nor any financial stability ratings with AM Best.
We give 2 stars out of 5 to Heritage Insurance because although they are available only in five states, they provide great deals for homeowners’ insurance. However, there is a lot of room for improvement for this carrier to attract young customers, for example introducing digital quotes and quick online forms.
