Sample of Customer Reviews
My experience so far? Phenomenal Medicare policy! I just had surgery. Life saving I might ad. The Aetna nurses called and they put me on a food program that THEY PAY FOR. Actually, blown away by their participation in my wellness! Quite the opposite of others here. So far no bills filling my mail box, but don’t want to jinx it. Stay well! You’re life depends on it!
This is my second year having my Medicare advantage plan with them and AETNA is so-so to anyone especially to retirees or Medicare customers.
My experience was a little different than some of these other people. But I think it’s because of my particular employer. They were able to negotiate some really good rates so my insurance through my employer is pretty good and my out of pocket isn’t too steep. When I’ve called customer service they have been usually very helpful and the issues resolved.
I have been very sick with COPD and many other complications that require very expensive doctors and hospital stay, they covered/cover everything with no questions asked, trouble free. Everyone has been first class and very polite. The company I had in the past was the very worse in every way.
the worst benefit customer service ever
